I'm a parent at MAriposa and I don't see any issues. This was more of a pull factor for Dr. Paul,…Read More since he lives in Topanga. It was simply an offer he couldn't refuse, IMO. We will miss his humor, insight, and leadership. I'm sure Mariposa will find a great replacement. There are so many active parents and teachers (read: hands-on learning) that the transition won't be as difficult as you might think

I so agree with you Meril. It is not just a Fountainwood traffic problem. It is a city-wide problem…Read More that continues to grow. The traffic and safety impacts that these expansions are having need to be addressed. We can't just look the other way and say "Well we need the revenue." Where are the impact studies? Have they been published or provided for the residents to see? I don't believe they have.

We have the same problem in Old Agoura. With the combined campuses of Agoura Hills High and Indian…Read More Hills High School and the new music center our traffic pattern is at a standstill between 8 and 9 AM and 3 to 4 PM. Also with the new code of allowing large vehicles to park on our streets, the streets have become obstacle courses. The city and district need to realize the impact these decisions are making on our community.
