l suggest before bed time (for at least a month) to set the body back insync with his core and soul:Read More a hot long relaxing shower or bath w/soft background nature music (but not, with voices or beats) followed by: a warm drink of 3-4 oz of brandy or similar, a "toes to head" massage (top of the head & face,ie: ears, chin, brows last) this in an aromatheraphy treated room, quiet & softhtly lit room. Soft music not needed, but for some it might be best, if the music or light are controled by a timer to slowly fade as the massage continues and the body adjust to total quietness and darkness. (professional quietly leaves room when the patient is asleep). Another timer can be set up for waking up by adding low sounds and light. Must note the total time slept as days progresses and try to add intervals of 20 min of relaxation and sleep during the day. Lack of silence of the mind and spirit does a lot of harm to our ovearall health...in this busy world we forget to give our mind a break!! ...caring and doing so much for many others is great but it could to be a slow silent killer!
