Calabasas resident Michael Verado owned Round Table Pizza franchises in Simi Valley before buying Terri's, a family owned and operated café in the Agoura Hills Town Center. Terri's is known for its omelettes, meatloaf, chicken teriyaki and Mediterranean wraps, and for its focus on fresh and healthy ingredients. Most of the restaurant's vendors are local, and everything is prepared fresh daily—even the soups are remade between lunch and dinner!
