I had brunch at Hugo's last weekend. It was first time I had been to Hugo's Agora. It is certainly a very pleasant environment for dining; art work, walls of living plants, waterfalls, and great aromas. We sat in the covered patio area for the view and light. For those who like lots of choices, their extensive menu will certainly please. I like simple so I stuck to the breakfast page. I stuck with eggs benedict but others in our group had the pineapple/coconut pancakes and the Pasta Mama (you gotta see them for yourselves). Everything was just delicious. And I felt good about stuffing myself because they list all the fresh, healthy ingredients for each dish. They also have a full bar, but it was a little too early for us. I'm looking forward to having dinner here because their is even a greater variety of dinner entries.
