As the city's election official and custodian of records, current City Clerk Kimberly M. Rodrigues administers all municipal elections and performs oaths of office for elected and appointed officials. The City Clerk Department is responsible for preparing all City Council, Financing Authority and Re-Development Agency meeting agenda packets; processing the legislative actions of the City Council (minutes, ordinances, resolutions and contracts); codifying the city's Municipal Code; maintaining the city's legislative history and archives (including the Laserfiche electronic imaging system and the Granicus Web streaming system); and responding to requests for information in compliance with the Public Records Act.
