Wanted: Stand-Out Community Non-Profits and Volunteers
The Greater Conejo Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2012 annual Spirit of Community Awards to be held in May.
The Greater Conejo Valley Community Foundation invites you to nominate nonprofit organizations and individual volunteers who have displayed an outstanding commitment to enhancing the Conejo Valley community through service.
One nonprofit organization and community volunteer will be selected by the Foundation Board to be honored at the 10th Annual Spirit of Community Awards at Baxter Healthcare in Westlake Village in May.
Only local nonprofit organizations and individual volunteers that have made a positive impact on the local communities of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills will be considered.

Winners are determined at the sole discretion of the Greater Conejo Valley Community Foundation and its entities. The winner will be notified in advance and honored at the 10th Annual Spirit of Community Awards Celebration in May.
The deadline is March 30.
