Morton responded to a newspaper announcement for the formation of the Agoura Hills Arts Council concept and the call for candidates last year.

"It was the result of a lot of really good work by Constance Jolculvar, administrative "attache" in stimulating the city to take action in the arts and the formation of the Cultural Arts Council," he said.
