This "yin" style class is a peaceful retreat from our
fast-paced lives. Through slow, gentle movement and deep, passive holds (between 2 and 10 minutes) of simple yoga poses, we stretch the body to allow for a profound state of letting go. Deep stretching and meditation helps us to
open channels, which facilitates healing of the body, mind and spirit. This is wonderful medicine to counter the anxiety of a busy life. It is the perfect way to end the weekend, and set the tone for the coming week.
