Hard Body Boot Camp, a division of 805 Get Fit, is the most comprehensively challenging fitness program in the Conejo Valley.

There is so much more to weight loss and health than simply exercising. You can’t exercise yourself thin! At Hard Body Boot Camps you will receive personalized, real-time nutritional advice from our certified trainers and management staff. You will be asked to track each and every meal you eat (commonly known as food journaling) and we can help you make the proper changes to your diet to maximize weight loss!

Reading nutrition tips is great, but we can actually monitor what you eat, in real-time, and give you specific changes that you personally can make! This is not a generic, cookie-cutter program. Your nutrition advice will be for you and you alone to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals!

Each and every one of our workouts is designed from a scientific standpoint to maximize calories burnt, weight lost, and strength built. We focus on strengthening the cardiovascular system, challenging muscular strength, and improving muscular endurance.

The varied routines will keep you body guessing and allow you to get an intense and efficient workout every time! You don’t need truck tires, heavy dumb bells, and screaming instructors to get a great boot camp workout. We focus on challenging but safe exercises with practical applications – we are going to work your body like it’s never been worked before!

Hard Body Boot Camps are formatted in a way that accommodates all fitness levels.
