The Universal Love Foundation will host a free seminar for parents and teens titled, "How to Help Your Teenager Deal with the Challenges of Adolescence Through Experiential Therapy."
The seminar will be offered from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Universal Love Foundation office, 28720 Canwood St., Suite 104.
Nazinin Fathi, a marriage and family therapist, will give a presentation. Fathi specializes in treating adolescent drug and alcohol abuse using experiential therapy activities, such as horseback riding and surfing, to build confidence, overcome frustration and anger, increase relationship-building skills, and learn about communication.
