Healthy and Hearty: Making Soup with Christine Carr
As the weather turns colder, nothing warms you like a big bowl of nutritious soup. In this workshop we will learn the basics of making soup including a simple bisque, a thick and creamy chowder (without the cream), and chicken soup with a little kick.
Christine Carr is a Certified Nutrition Educator, Cooking Instructor and Personal Chef. She teaches clients how simple, straightforward methods of preparing whole, fresh, seasonal foods can have a profound effect on their health and wellbeing. She is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
