Blog Post: Hallmark Channel 'Countdown to Mother's Day' Weekend Event

A weekend marathon of original movies aimed to put a smile on mom's face

Nobody does it better than the Hallmark Channel when it comes to original family-centric movies. This weekend sit back and enjoy a marathon of delightful movies with an intended Mother's Day theme. The network will also premiere Notes From The Heart Healer, the much-anticipated, third installment of Hallmark Channel’s highly-rated movie franchise The Note Saturday night.  Here is the lineup for this Saturday and next Saturday's (May 19) movies: 

10 a.m.
Smooch - Suffering from amnesia, a prince becomes a nanny to a little girl and falls in love with her single mother. Stars Kellie Martin, Kiernan Shipka, and Simon Kassianides. 12 p.m.
Three Weeks, Three Kids - A twenty-five-year-olds nonchalant and uncommited life is turned rightside up when she must take care of her sister's three kids. Stars Anna Chlumsky and Warren Christie. 2 p.m.
Back To You & Me - A woman returns home to her rural hometown after many years to find mysteries of her past, old loves, and promising new beginnings. Stars Lisa Hartman-Black, Rue McClanahan and Dale Midkiff. 4 p.m.
Meet My Mom - A single mother moves across the country to make a new life and finds herself falling for a soldier who has become her young son’s mentor. Stars Lori Loughlin and Johnny Messner. 6 p.m.
Taking a Chance on Love - Columnist Peyton MacGruder (Genie Francis) befriends a reader who sent her a note that inspires Peyton to reconsider the choices she's made and her reluctance to accept her boyfriend's marriage proposal. Sequel to the popular Hallmark Channel original The Note. Ted McGinley also stars. 8 p.m.
Notes From the Heart Healer - When recently married Peyton MacGruder finds herself a caregiver to an abandoned baby, it awakens a desire in her to be a mother. Husband King Danville, however, is not so sure about starting a new family. 10 p.m.

Uncorked - Johnny is a high-powered executive who is definitely not looking to fall in love but a business conference takes her to wine country she meets a handsome widower Andrew who invites Johnny to meet his family after she loses her job. In helping his parents' winery she begins to fall in love with him and his family but when she gets offered another job she has to chose between her career or Andrew. Stars Julie Benz, JoBeth Williams, Elliott Gould and Scott Elrod. 2 p.m.
Always & Forever - Grace and Michael were once inseperable high school sweethearts, But when Grace went away to college, they lost each other. At their 20th high school reunion, they reconnect and find that it is never too late for love. Stars Rena Sofer, Dean McDermott and Barbara Eden. 4 p.m.

Kiss at Pine Lake - Luke Garvey buys his uncle’s Camp Pine Lake only to find himself the owner of a sinking business. Zoe McConnell, Luke’s girlfriend from years ago, wants him to sell until an old flame is rekindled. Stars Barry Watson and Mia Kirshner. 10 p.m.
