Teen V.I.P.'s Wanted

The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services is now signing up interested teenagers for their summer V.I.P. program.

The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services is pleased to announce that the "Teen V.I.P.–Teen Volunteer Program" is here! 

The City is seeking teens, ages 11-17 years of age, to volunteer during the summer. The program is designed to give individuals valuable on-the-job experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to volunteer in a variety of activities, including recreational classes, office work at the , the , camps, special events and more.

The volunteer program is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 18, and end on Friday, August 17. Applications are available at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center, located at 30610 Thousand Oaks Blvd. The deadline to submit an application will be Friday, June 1 at 4 p.m. 

There is a mandatory V.I.P. Orientation Meeting scheduled for Saturday, June 9, at 12 p.m. at the Agoura Hills Civic Center–Community Room. The cost for the program is $25, which includes a T-shirt, V.I.P. manual and finger-printing.
