Our crime roundup also includes petty theft and other vehicle vandalism.

From a Volkswagon burglary to a Jeep Wrangler getting a good beating, car crimes are at the heart of this week's police blotter. But it wasn't just vandalized exteriors that make the list. A diaper bag, a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses, and a driver's license were also stolen.

The Diaper Bag Thief

A Petunia Pickle diaper bag ($130), a blue leather woman's wallet ($25), and a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses ($400) were stolen from a Volkswagon between Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 24 at 7:15 a.m. on the 27000 block of Country Glen Road.
