'Days of Our Lives' Actor Charged With Selling Cocaine Out of Agoura Hills Home

This story is reported by City News Service.

Former Days of Our Lives actor Dylan Patton was charged Thursday with a felony drug charge for allegedly selling cocaine out of his family's Agoura Hills home.

The 20-year-old actor was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon in Van Nuys Superior Court on one felony count of possession of cocaine for sale.

The criminal complaint alleges that the crime took place within 1,000 feet of Sumac Elementary School.

Patton was arrested about 8 a.m. Tuesday by deputies from the sheriff's Lost Hills Station in connection with a warrant served at his family's home.

Deputies allegedly seized cocaine from the residence, according to the District Attorney's Office. He has remained jailed since then on $30,000 bail.

If convicted, he faces up to nine years in state prison, according to the District Attorney's Office.

Patton, a Texas native, has appeared on several television shows, including Cold Case and That's So Raven, but is probably best known as Will Horton on Days of Our Lives from 2009-10.
