7 Injured in 6-Car Crash on 101 Freeway

One person is listed in critical condition following the accident at Reyes Adobe Road which involved six vehicles.

Seven people were injured early Friday morning, one of them critically, in a collision involving as many as six vehicles on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway in Agoura Hills, authorities said.   

The collision was reported just after 1:30 a.m. at Reyes Adobe Road near
the Los Angeles-Ventura county line, said California Highway Patrol Officer
Patrick Kimball.

Two of the seven injured patients, including the one in critical
condition, were taken to a hospital, said Los Angeles Fire Department
Supervising Dispatcher Ed Pickett.

One vehicle was on its roof, according the CHP's online Traffic
Incident Information Page. The crash temporarily closed all eastbound lanes of
the freeway as firefighters responded.
