When is the debate?

The residents of Agoura Hills do have the opportunity to listen to a death prior to voting fro city council candidates November 5th. The excuse is no venue. All the candidates are qualified to run but important issues and decisions will be facing Agoura Hills. The debate process allows residents to hear the ideas of each of the candidates. i am asking again where is the death?
