The Decision by the AH Council Saved AH Taxpayers Alot of Money

ASny attorney will tell you that even if you are right in a lawsuit, it is better to settle the suit than to continue it ad infinitum, and incur large expense in doing so. The AH city council, in my view, did the right thing. This suit was destined for years of appeals and counter appeals, costing taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars, and perhaps at the end of it all the loss of the property all together. People like Platzer, Brown(who seems to like personal insults) and Troncatty seem to want to spend our tax money for their unrealistic expectations. As I have written previously the council was well within their rights to talk about the land sale behind closed doors. I believe this was a very good compromise. And I applaud the council for standing their ground against a trio of people who have no idea of what it means to run a city, but none the less give us their mean spirited opinions anyways. That's my take on it.
