Read-to-a- Dog

Celebrate National Pet Week  May 3-May 7, 2011

 

Our pets come in all shapes and sizes. Whether they walk, fly, crawl, slither, or jump; are furry, fuzzy, scaly, feathered, or hairless. Or have 2,4,6,8 legs or no legs at all, our pets hold a special place in our lives!  Come to the library and enjoy a week of activities focusing on our pets

May 5, Thursday, 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m  Read-to-a- Dog

A very special Storytime where children select a book and read to one of the Paws for Healing dogs for 15 minutes. Availability is first come, first served. Parents must sign a waiver prior to the reading session.. Children  in grades K-8 may participate.
