January 2013 brings a new program for adults and teens to the Agoura Hills Library called “Stock Market Boot Camp”. Conducted by Zachary Braverman, Financial Planner, this program offers attendees an opportunity to learn ways to use the stock market to their own advantage. Participants will learn key terminology, understand levels and types of investments, and understand financial statements. Program participants will also be asked to do research on three companies to improve their skills. The program is offered on Tuesdays, January 8, 15, 22, and 29, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the Agoura Hills Library, 29901 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. For questions, call 818-889-2278.
