Esther Bleuel, MA, MFT, MDR—also known as “Tough Talk Coach”— will lead an interactive presentation about how to handle challenging conversations and interpersonal conflicts. An expert in helping businesses prepare for and facilitate difficult discussions with ease and confidence, Ms. Bleuel holds master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, where she taught Business Negotiation, Mediation and the Social Psychology of Conflict.
