Easter Brunch features a combination of Executive Alexander La Motte’s seasonal brunch dishes with signature favorites, Easter Brunch overlooking the Waterfall Lawn is a truly indulgent experience.
Make-your-own Omelet and Crepe stations, hand-rolled Sushi,
carving station featuring Lamb, Angus Rib Roast, and local Sea Bass,
seasonal fare including Sonoma Duck Breast with beluga lentil, curry leaf
salad, and cumin, Ancient Grain Risotto with kale, mission fig, pearl
onion and rosemary, and Wild Salmon Confit with yucca puree, dandelion
greens, and strawberry relish are just a few of the highlights.
For a sweet finish guests are invited to experience our Dessert Bar with house-made seasonal fruit tarts, macaroons, pastries, cupcakes, cream puffs, and even more. Reservations available from 10 am - 2pm.
At 10 am sharp, guests of the Hotel or Easter Brunch are invited to
participate in the Easter Bunny Egg Hunt on the Waterfall Lawn—hosted by
the Easter Bunny! Treat-filled eggs will be hidden throughout the lawn, waiting for children to uncover the surprise inside. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate will be offered to all participants.
