Aspiring singer died Friday at County-USC Medical Center from injuries sustained in a car crash 20 days ago, CBS2 reported.
Taylor, 27, was driving on the southbound Ventura (101) Freeway in Calabasas at 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 1 when she lost control of a 1995 Chrysler, which crashed into the center divider, hit a tanker truck and overturned, bursting into flames, authorities said.
The crash killed Taylor's 9-year-old daughter Jayla, and had left the elder Taylor with burns over 80 percent of her body, authorities said.
