Bring your little one to the Agoura Hills Library and enjoy the glee your child will experience during this interactive class. Music, stories and instruments will bring a smile to their faces. The class starts at 9:30 a.m.

3. Local author Derek Taylor Kent signs Scary School Books at Barnes & Noble

Just in time for Halloween, author Derek the Ghost (Derek Taylor Kent) will sign his books Scary School and Scary School 2: Monsters on the March from 4 – 8 p.m. at Barnes & Noble Thousand Oaks (160 S Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village)

4. Sumac Food Trucks and Movie Night

The Food Trucks will be rolling into Sumac Elementary L-STEM Academy Playground for a fun family feast and movie from 5-8 p.m. A $5 donation per family (up to 6 people) allows you access to some of the most popular food trucks in LA, including: Flat Iron Truck, The Bun Truck, Philly Please Truck, Sam Choy’s Pineapple Express, Jersey Dogs, and Mambo Juice.  For up to date information please check www.sumacfoodtrucks.com .

5. Rockshop at the Canyon Club

“Rockshop” is a salute to the KLOS Radio Station style hard rock of the 70s and 80s. Showtime is 9 p.m. and tickets are $19.50.
