Maggie May Needs a Home and Lots of Exercise

This one-year-old pit bull terrier hasn't met a toy she doesn't like.

Maggie May was housed at another county shelter and was chosen to go to an adoption event because she is so well behaved in public. She got adopted but,  through no fault of her own, the adopter’s other dog didn't get along with her. She ended up at the Agoura Hills Animal Shelter.

Here are some things you should know about her:

• She is a young, active girl.

• She is very engaging.

• She knows her basic commands like sit, stay and down.

• She can be left alone in the shelter's Real Room.

• She loves toys and to play fetch.

She is a smart, one-year-old pit bull terrier with a fabulous personality who will make a great friend for almost anyone, but she is still young and needs exercise every day.

If you're looking for an active dog with a zest for life, she could be the girl for you. If you are looking for a couch potato, that’s not her.

To choose Maggie May, request ID A A4459444. The Agoura Shelter is at 29525 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills. Occasionally pets have already been adopted. To check availability, call 818-991-0071 or visit the website.
