Gas Prices Remain Stable

Regular gasoline is now at $4.119.

 

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose two-tenths of a cent today to $4.119, its highest amount since June 10.

The average price has not changed by more than two-tenths over the past six days. It was unchanged on Friday, ending a streak of 20 consecutive daily increases, rose one-tenth of a cent each of the next three days, and fell one-tenth of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is eight-tenths of a cent more than one week ago, 31.3
cents higher than one month ago and 39.9 cents greater than one year ago.

The Orange County average fell one-tenth of a cent today to $4.095, two-tenths of a cent more than a week ago, 31.4 cents higher than one month ago and 38.8 cents greater than one year ago.
