Multimedia students collect intriguing stories on three separate days from three places. Selections of their graphic design, photography and documentary videography will be on display through Tuesday, May 15 in the Soiland Humanities Center at California Lutheran University. 4. Temple Adat Elohim’s Important Parent/Caregiver Safety Event

Temple Adat Elohim’s Early Childhood Education Center (2420 E Hillcrest Dr, Thousand Oaks) invites the public to a free important community Safety Presentation for Parents and Caregivers, “An Ounce of Prevention,” presented by Pattie Fitzgerald at 7 p.m., in the temple’s sanctuary. 5. Cabrillo Music Theatre Presents 'Ring of Fire'

The music of the legendary Johnny Cash comes to the Kavli stage at the Civic Arts Plaza in Thousand Oaks this weekend with the premiere of Ring of Fire.'
