Dec. 17: Shelter Adoption Holiday Event; Water Polo Hall of Fame

Adopt a new pet at reduced fees, attend the first-ever high school alumni Hall of Fame induction and take an adventure through 'TV Land.'

Looking to adopt a kitten or a puppy? The will be participating in Whisker Wonderland to help you find a pet with discounted adoption fees beginning at 10 a.m. (Cat Adoption Special: adopt 2 cats and Found Animals will pay the adoption fee for the second cat adoption.) And do some holiday shopping at the shelter during their holiday sale. Pick up calendars, treats and ceramic bowls. Prices are affordable and 100 percent of the proceeds go to fund the medical care for those animals in need.

3. Agoura Water Polo Alumni Games and Hall of Fame

Back-to-back CIF-Southern Section, boys water polo, will join the girls in hosting their first ever combined alumni games beginning at 11:30 a.m. Past and present Chargers will square off in the campus pool and Mayor John Edelston will present the team with a City Recognition award. City Council members will be on hand to congratulate and acknowledge the program and the team's historic season and accomplishments.

4. The Eat & Sleep Holiday Party

is holding its first annual holiday celebration at the store at 11 a.m. If you love soy candles, super cute jewelery and clothes for great prices, then stop by. With a purchase of $30.00 or more you will receive a slice of handmade soap. Treats will be served.

5. Center Stage presents 'Deck the Halls'

Celebrate the season with the "Holiday Loving Halls" and their eccentric neighbors as they take you on an exciting and unique adventure through "TV Land." Tickets are $10 at the door. The first show is at 7 p.m.; the second at 8:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30. The play is for all ages.
