The Illinois company UL LLC, a safety and sanitation consulting company, has purchashed Agoura-based National Everclean Services Inc., a business that conducts food-safety audits of grocers and restaurants, according to the San Fernando Business Journal.
Everclean includes among its clients Cheesecake Factory restaurants, Whole Foods markets, Safeway supermarkets and BJ’s Brewery restaurants.
The company will remain headquartered in Agoura Hills, the report said.
