Chamber of Commerce Gets a Makeover

The following is a press release from the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a complete rebranding of the organization that includes the launch of a redesigned logo, website and e-newsletter.

“The scope of this process included extensive member and community input to ensure that the result matched their view of the Chamber: professional, sophisticated, inclusive and innovative,” said Jill Lederer President/CEO for the Chamber.

The new logo, designed by Pepperdine University under the direction of board member Matthew Midura, is comprised of two design components, the structured typography and the burst. The geometric graphic of the burst suggests progression, unity, growth, vision, harmony and participation.

In addition to the logo, the new website features a revamped aesthetic with several new features that will improve the experience of website users.

A more user-friendly directory interface means that visitors to the site can easily search business listings and find things to do in the Conejo Valley, including dining, lodging, entertainment and shopping.

Members listed on a site that receives over 42,000 unique visits per month, not only boosts their businesses’ rankings in internet SEO (search engine optimization), but also drives more visitors to their individual websites.

The chamber’s weekly e-newsletter has also been updated to reflect the new color palette and simplistic design of the new branding while retaining the pertinent weekly content and affordable advertising opportunities for members.
