Bank Grand Opening Draws Local Support

Union Bank celebrated its opening of a new branch in Agoura Hills with live music, local dignitaries and checks to the community.

As the Agoura Hills High School marching band performed in the Ralph's parking lot Tuesday evening, the Union Bank team welcomed local officials, business executives and members of the community to the branch's grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

"Agoura Hills is such a close community," said Michelle Mianrood, Union Bank Vice President, Branch Manager and event organizer. "Being involved in the community has brought so much back to the bank ... We hope to be the community bank of Agoura."

As part of the festivities, the bank presented donation checks in support of the , and St. Maximilian Church in Westlake.

"We're just really pleased that Union Bank has chosen Agoura Hills to open a branch," said Mayor John Edelston. "We're looking forward to welcoming them into the community and to having them serve the local businesses and residents."
