VIDEO: Recent Agoura Graduates Form Comedy Duo to Appeal to Young Women

"Teenage girls are seen as stupid or immature and naive," says Sydney Heller. She and Olivia DeLaurentis want to change all that.

Two graduates of Agoura High School wanted to share with us a new breed of comedy they're doing to target young women.

"We started a sketch comedy duo because we feel that the demographic of girls 18-24 is underrepresented in the media," said Sydney Heller. "Teenage girls are seen as stupid or immature and naive."

Heller and her pal Olivia DeLaurentis now attend UCLA, majoring in Theater, Film and Television.

"We have started writing, directing, and starring in our own sketches to prove that females our age can keep up with the men in comedy," Heller said.
