Festival of Sankta Lucia
Sankta Lucia is one of CLU’s oldest traditions. The University observes this festival with music, lighting of candles and readings to mark the life of the saint. Undergraduate students choose a Sankta Lucia court which exemplifies the qualities of peacemaking, strength of character and compassion – attributes of the saint herself.
Admission is free. For information, call the Office of Campus Ministry at 805-493-3228. Event will take place in the Samuelson Chapel at California Lutheran University. Limited parking is available.
