Agoura High School Blue Crew Band Night

The Agoura High Blue Crew Band is hosting a night of music as the Agoura football team plays St. Bonaventure. Students from  and A.E. Wright will be rehearsing and playing some of the songs that the high school band performs at football games. 

BLUE CREW BAND NIGHT ITINERARY

Friday, October 15

4:45pm – Parents may drop off their son/daughter in front of Agoura High School near the main office.  Representatives from Agoura High will meet them there and escort them to the band room.  Parents are welcome to join!

5:00pm-   Middle school students join Agoura students for a rehearsal of the music that will be performed.

5:30pm-   Pizza Party- provided by the AHS Music Boosters.

6:15pm -  AHS & guest students march to the field with the drumline.

6:40pm -  AHS & guest students play the Agoura High Fight Song in front of the stands.

6:50pm -  AHS & guest students perform The Star Spangled Banner from the stands.

7:00pm -  The game begins. All of the students perform together during the game.

Halftime – The AHS Blue Crew Band takes the field to perform for the middle school students.

3rd Quarter -  Our traditional 3rd quarter break. Students may use the restroom and visit the snack bar.  All students are welcome to stay in the performance area to watch the game.

4th Quarter -  Students are in their seats and ready to perform at the beginning of the 4th quarter.

9 – 9:30PM -  Our estimated game ending time.  After we perform the Alma Mater, all of the students will walk back to the band room for departure. 

You may pick up your son or daughter as soon as we return to the band room. Parents are welcome to attend and meet Mr. Bloom, see our facility, and learn more about the AHS Music Program.

What should my son/daughter wear?

Each student will be given a "Blue Crew Band" shirt to wear for the game.  A sweat-jacket is recommended if the weather is cold.

What will be provided?

We will provide all of the band students with water and a small snack during the game.  If you would like to visit the snack bar, you should bring about $5-10.  A pizza party with refreshments will be provided before the game.
