It will be partly sunny today with a high of 64, dropping to a low near 40, according to The National Weather Service. The forecast calls for breezy conditions with winds coming out of the northwest at 10-15 miles per hour.  Tonight, it will be mostly clear, and the winds will pick up with gusts as high as 25 miles per hour.

will be hosting a Round Table Pint Night with Sierra Nevada's Steve Grossman from 6-8 p.m.  Thirty Series Ales will be on tap along with Outta Town Brown, Hoptimum and Big Foot. The Brewery Tour begins at 5:30 p.m.

4. Essay Contest for Kids

Do you love your library?  If so, the is holding a contest in honor of National Library Week.  Kids from kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to submit their answers to the question: “Why is my library important to me?”  The contest runs from March 7 through April 1, and the awards ceremony will be held on April 16.  For more information and to obtain an entry form, contact the library at (818) 889-2278.

5.  Unlimited Workout 

Work off your weekend splurging at the . Cardio fitness classes like cycling, zumba and kick-boxing are scheduled throughout the day. The cost for one day admission is $7, which includes unlimited use of the fitness studio, access to all of the featured fitness classes and entry to the gymnasium for basketball or volleyball during open gym times.
