Fall Classes Being Offered at Rec Center

Fall classes begin on the first week of September at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center.

A variety of programs are being offered, including tot sports classes, karate, tennis, music, adult fitness and more.

New classes include KinderMusik classes for ages six months to five. Classes are held on various Monday and Wednesday mornings. An exciting new Mommy & Me program is available for six month to one-year-olds on Tuesdays from 10:15-11 a.m. as well as two-year-olds on Tuesdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. on September 10-October 15.  

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Training, will teach tots ages three to five super secret ninja moves, how to make tubular pizzas  and create their very own ninja turtle gear. Class is held on Wednesday, 3:30-4:15 p.m. from September 11–October 2.  

MiniKickers soccer progam for ages two to five includes creative soccer games and storytelling taught by British Soccer professionals. Each child receives a jersey and a soccer ball. Classes are held Tuesday’s 9-9:45 a.m. and 10-10:45 a.m. from September 3-October 22. 

Karate classes are being offered for children ages four to 18 with second degree black belt sensei Laura Cox. Pre-Karate, beginning, intermediate and advanced classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from September 17– December 12. Master the art of Fencing with classes offered for ages seven to 18 on Wednesday & Fridays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. starting August 28.
