Southeast Ventura County YMCA's National Day of Prayer Breakfast

Bill Redell, head football coach at Oaks Christian School, is the keynote speaker for the Southeast Ventura County YMCA's 12th Annual National Day of Prayer Breakfast on May 5.  Breakfast will be from 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. and the program will be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Gilbert Sports Center at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.

Spiritual and community leaders from Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and Moorpark will participate in the event. Prayer invocators are Grant Brimhall, president, Los Angeles California Temple The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Pastor David Clack, Conejo Valley Community Church, Rabbi Rick Spiegel, Temple Etz Chaim Yahya Merchant, outreach member, Islamic Center of Conejo Valley and Rev. Jim Melley, retired Navy Chaplain.

Rev Arne Bergland, CLU Director of Church Relations will be the master of ceremonies and Lisa Houston and Karissa Lee will provide the music.
