1. The Forecast: Sunny & 82

It's heating up in Agoura Hills. The National Weather Service reports a sunny forecast, with a high near 82, dropping to a low around 37. Northeast wind will remain between 5 to 10 miles per hour, becoming south southwest. 

2. 2nd Saturday at the Adobe

The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services Program is offering hands-on children activities and public tours at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Suggested donations for the tour are: adults $3, seniors $2, children 5-12 $1, and children under 5 free. For more information on this program or other activities at the Reyes Adobe, call the Agoura Hills Recreation Center at 818-597-7361.

3. Agoura Hills Library Book Cellar

On any given Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., the basement of the opens its doors to the public as a used bookstore. Proceeds from sold bestsellers, classics, biographies, self-help, cookbooks, poetry, gardening, home decorating, children's and even the very popular young adult fiction are all donated to the . 4. US 101 Reyes Adobe Road Interchange Construction Update

With the revised temporary signal plan approved by Caltrans, the contractor will begin scheduling the subcontractors and materials needed to complete the paving required on the northwest portion of the interchange. The Canwood/Reyes Adobe intersection will be closed over the weekend while the contractor removes and repairs sections of asphalt on Reyes Adobe Road and Canwood Street, and installs temporary signals for the traffic switch.
