"Take That Nursing Home And Shove It" author of book hosts Seminar

Susan B. Geffen, author of "Take That Nursing Home And Shove It"  is a Chicago native with an impressive education: Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State Univ in Speech Pathology and Audiology, a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and Masters Degree in Gerontology from USC.    She has used her skills to advocate for elderly and disabled clients,  teach as an Elder Law Professor at Loyola, and serve as in house counsel for a major nursing home corporation based in Southern California. 


Currently she practices elder law with special emphasis in Estate Planning, Medi-Cal Planning, and helping Veterans and their spouses obain Aid and Attendance Benefits. As a Geriatric Care Manager she is also able to help families and their elderly relatives.

Further use of her talents and education is available via her local seminars "Raising Up Your Parents"  and u-tube "The Elder Life Series".   The wealth of knowledge and experience is available to local residents via her next seminar "Raising Up Your Parents" on August 17th 10am to 1pm at  Palm Garden Hotel In Thousand Oaks
