Blog: Fulfillment

Fullfilling our lives with positives

Have you ever veered away from a path in life you thought you wanted? Have you ever wanted to make major life changes? Have you ever been too scared to make those changes happen?

Life takes amazing twists and turns. It’s how we embrace them that count. What would happen if we never followed our passions? Would you be happy? Would you feel as though you missed out?

These are all questions that I feel like are important for all of us to answer about our own selves. Take stock in your current situation. Are you happy, fulfilled, enjoying yourself, your family, your career, your passions? If you are- what is the secret to your success? If you are not, what can you change to make those occur for yourself?

My passions are ever changing. As I evolve as a person, I understand more about my passions.

Family- #1. Always. Without family, I am not fulfilled. Period.

Career- #2. My career completes my need to help others. Without this being satisfied, I wouldn’t be fulfilling a major part of who I am.

Passions- #3. I enjoy my hobbies and like to spend time doing them as often as I can. I bake. I read. I chat with my friends (which you may not think is a hobby, but when you have 3 kids and a fulltime career, it can be hard to make time for). I window shop- online and in person. I daydream.

As our lives become more and more rushed and complicated, it
can be easy to forget the important things to us. I challenge you to think
about your life. What do you want to still accomplish? What do you want/if
anything, to change? How do you make yourself happy and fulfilled each day?
