For the second time this summer, held a food truck fundraiser, featuring a variety of international cuisines from trucks like Slammin Sliders, Nom Nom, Maui Wowi and more.

"We're raising money for our Academy, that's language, science, technology, engineering and math," said Carol Martino, Sumac's principal.

All of the money raised will go directly to the school's Parent Faculty Association (PFA) for distribution to the enrichment program, said Martino.

"Not only are we raising money, but we're bringing together the community for a little fun...it's a fun-raiser," said Martino.
