Desserts, chocolates, coffee, and unique alcoholic beverages, like the blueberry sparkling sake featured at Bent on Coffee and Wine in Thousand Oaks, were donated to the event. Heschel West Alumni Student, Miles Beard (DJ Miles) was a musical feature of the event, playing all the right songs before and after Dave Matthews performed. DJ Miles was joined by other Heschel West alumni students, including Aaron Friedland and Andrew Rosenblum. Miles, Aaron and Andrew were all some of the first students who attended the Heschel West in Agoura 15 years ago. Credit Goldwong Photography

Nearly 250 fans from across the United States packed into Rob and Kim Cavallo's backyard in Hidden Hills on Sunday, Aug. 22 to take in the tunes of an acoustic Dave Matthews and delectable sponsors, from chocolate to sake. Tickets for the Cavallo's Backyard BBQ Concert with Dave Matthews ranged from $1000 to $20,000, raising over $190,000 for Heschel West's Tuition Assistance program, which is a fund that provides need-based scholarship to students.
