The Agoura High School Varsity Competition Dance Team traveled to Adrenaline Dance Convention and Competition in Los Angeles this weekend and came home with many prestigious awards.
The team took first place overall in both large jazz and large lyrical, second place overall in large contemporary and small hip-hop, an entertainment award for hip-hop, and finally a Best of Show award for lyrical.
Senior captains Alexis Campbell and Gina Oshiro, as well as juniors Ilana Spiegel and Madeline Zimring took home Scholarship awards for standing out in various dance classes all weekend.
The team will travel this weekend to compete in the State Championships at Knott’s Berry Farm. Wish them luck!

AHS Dance Team, you guys are awesome! Your hard work has paid off not only this past weekend at Adrenaline, but the previous weekend as well at West Coast Elite. Good luck Saturday!
